1) Scope of Services
Erica Guglielmi International Legal LTD offers legal services limited to advice on Brazilian and International Law. We do not provide legal services reserved for the United Kingdom, such as litigation, local notarial acts or any other service exclusive to British solicitors.
Important: As a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL), Erica Guglielmi is authorized to provide legal advice in the United Kingdom within the scope of International and Brazilian Law, but does not offer services regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
2) Limitations of Liability Erica Guglielmi International Legal LTD and Erica Guglielmi are not responsible for: Any act or omission in the scope of services that are exclusive to solicitors regulated in the United Kingdom. Consequences that may occur due to the improper use of the legal information provided.
The provision of services is limited to legal advice on Brazilian and International Law. We are not liable for damages resulting from legal decisions based on other types of legislation that are not within the scope of the agreed service.
3) Fees and Payment
Fees will be agreed in advance between the client and Erica Guglielmi International Legal LTD, based on the nature of the service and the estimated consultancy time. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed in the formal communications and contracts. In the event of a disagreement regarding fees, the client may contact us to seek an amicable resolution.
4) Privacy and Data Protection Erica Guglielmi International Legal LTD respects your privacy and complies with the UK data protection laws (Data Protection Act 2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will be used exclusively for the provision of the contracted services and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. 5) Modification of Terms Erica Guglielmi International Legal LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be published on the website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
6) Dispute Resolution In the event of a disagreement, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. If necessary, UK law will be applied to resolve disputes, respecting local and international arbitration laws where applicable.

Director Erica Cristina Guglielmi is a qualified lawyer in Brazil, registered with the São Paulo Bar Association under number 271.210, and in Portugal, registered with the Portuguese Bar Association under number 66214L. Erica Guglielmi International Legal LTD is not regulated by the SRA, and the services provided are not covered by the SRA Compensation Fund.
However, to ensure the safety and protection of our clients, we have private Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII), which covers the services provided by our company.
